William K. Dalton’s Obituary

Bill’s life was from February 22, 1948 to February 1, 2025. He was born in Muskegon, MI, and passed on in St. George, UT. His parents, Patrick and Irene (Gardner) Dalton, predeceased him, as did his older brother, John.

Bill is remembered by his family as a smart guy who had an exceptional will to live. He had many physical challenges and illnesses, and soldiered on when many would not have. One of the achievements he was proudest of was graduating from the Colorado School of Mines in 1975 with a degree in Geophysical Engineering. Bill behaved with honor during his enlistment in the Army and combat service in Vietnam. The Army awarded him The Air Medal, along with other decorations.

Bill’s surviving siblings mourn his passing: Michael Dalton, Irene Dalton, Patrick Dalton, and Kathleen Dalton. RIP, our brother.
