Renee Horlacher

Renee Ramsey Horlacher, age 81, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2025. She was born June 20, 1943 in Salt Lake City, Utah to parents G. Milton Ramsey and Charlotte M. Burton. Renee was an active and committed member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She attended The University of Utah and graduated in 1965. That same year she married Ralph R Horlacher in the Salt Lake Temple. Renee was the mother of 3 sons, Ryan, Robb and Riley. The family was at home in Scottsdale, Arizona for more than 30 years. Renee was involved in many church callings and served a full-time mission for 2 years with her husband in Southern Germany.

Renee is survived by her husband, Ralph, sons Robb (Amy) and Riley and 8 grandchildren; Abbie Vance (Jonny), Maggie Tautkus (Garrett), Ryan Horlacher, Robbyn Horlacher, Hayden Horlacher, Noah Horlacher, Nicholas Horlacher, Brigham Horlacher and 1 great-grandchild Andrew Tautkus.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at McArthur Funeral Home in St. George, Utah at 11:00 am with a visitation at 10:00 am. 160 W 700 S St. A virtual link to the funeral will be available on the McArthur Funeral Home website.

Interment will be on Monday, February 10, 2025, at Paradise Memorial Gardens. 9300 E Shea Blvd, Scottsdale AZ. The Graveside service will begin at 2:00 pm.

Renee was loved by many, and she will be missed until a joyful future reunion which will certainly take place.
