Eugene Terrence Woolf, age 76, passed away on January 26, 2025 in Saint George, Utah, from complications of Parkinson's Disease. He was born on October 1, 1948 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Leslie Rollo and Dr. Eugene T. Woolf. Terry grew up with his three younger brothers, Larry, Ron, and Bret Woolf, in Cedar City, Utah.
He married his beloved, Mary Louise Robinson, in the Logan, Utah LDS Temple on July 12, 1971. They spent more than 50 happy years together, and had two children, Karen and Michelle. Terry was a loving and devoted father, and a lifelong learner who always encouraged his children to further their education also.
He earned his Bachelor's degree from Southern Utah University in Cedar City, before moving to California, where he attended the McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. He was admitted to the California State Bar in December of 1973. Terry and Mary settled in Fresno, California, where practiced as an attorney, both in the Fresno County District Attorney's office and in private practice, for more than 40 years.
Terry enjoyed horseback riding, hunting, tennis, and traveling. He was an avid amateur photographer, who especially enjoyed landscape photography. His favorite places included the Cedar Breaks National Monument in Utah, and both the Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve and Yosemite National Park in California.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and is survived by his wife, Mary, daughters Karen and Michelle, his brothers Larry, Ron, and Bret, and many nieces and nephews.
A Service will be held in Parowan, Utah on February 22nd.
