Daniel Jack Monfore

Daniel Jack Monfore, of Saint George, UT, passed away suddenly on November 17, 2024. Daniel was born June 1, 1991, to Monte and Carol Monfore, in Ventura, CA. Daniel spent his formative years in Ventura, Graduating from Ventura High School in 2009. Daniel attended Ventura College, earning multiple degrees, eventually gravitating to the automotive repair industry.

Daniel entered the workforce as an automotive tech at a DCH Toyota of Oxnard. Daniel relocated to Mesquite, NV in 2015, to be with the love of his life, Tiffany. He eventually settled in Saint George, UT in 2020, where they purchased a home and began to lay roots. Daniel was a loyal employee, working his way up to a Shop Foreman position at Empire Waste Management, overseeing the maintenance and repair of nearly 100 vehicles and pieces of equipment.

Daniel loved anything with an engine, always having a project to tinker with. Daniel was the quintessential outdoorsman. He loved off-roading, motorcycle riding, boating, fishing, camping, and shooting sports. He was also an animal lover, especially his family cats, chickens, and his canine companion, Spud.

Daniel met his high school sweetheart, Tiffany on August 23, 2006. They married on August 23, 2020. They shared a love and bond others dream of, spending all their free time together bowling, playing video games, laughing and cherishing their lives as one.

Daniel was a devout son and brother, propping up his family after his father’s sudden passing when Daniel was just a teenager. The youngest of three children, Daniel gracefully endured childhood as the baby brother of two older sisters. Daniel’s family was very tight knit. They shared regular visits and conversations despite the geographical distance between them.

Daniel’s passing was proceeded by his father, Monte Monfore, and uncle, Michael Logan. Daniel’s memory will live on through his wife, and best friend, Tiffany Monfore as well as his mother, Carol Monfore, sisters, Cristine Monfore and Sara Hintz, his nephews, mother-in-law and many, many friends.

A GoFundMe site has been established to offset the costs of this tragic, preventable, and unnecessary loss. The family appreciates their privacy during this challenging time.

Daniel was a man who made everyone better for having known him. He was thoughtful and gracious, courteous, and kind. He loved lending a helping hand, and never refused the opportunity to brighten someone’s day. Daniel will be deeply missed, unwaveringly loved, and never forgotten.

Rest peacefully, Daniel. Your family loves you, and we miss you so darn much already…
